I use the Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API exclusively as internal professional tools. These integrations are used solely to access and analyse campaign data for accounts I directly manage under written agreement with each client. The tools are not offered as a service to third parties and are not externally accessible.
All client accounts are accessed under explicit written authorisation from each client, who retains full ownership of their advertising accounts at all times. I operate under a freelance service agreement with each client individually.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Michele Castigliano is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from advertising campaign performance or platform service interruptions beyond our control.
